Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Exceptional Customer Support:
- Provide outstanding support to clients via various channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Issue Resolution:

- Non-Voice and Semi-Voice Processes:
- Handle non-voice processes, including semi-voice tasks, such as Decto5Dec24.
- Collaboration:

- Record Maintenance:
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates in CRM software.
Qualifications
Education:
- Any Graduate from a recognized institution is eligible to apply.
Preferred Skills:

- Experience or knowledge in BPO, Blended Process, and Email Support (not mandatory for freshers).
